Description

Good day! Were a young family looking to purchase a home for our own use so that we may have stability for our kids schools and sport teams. We are, for personal reasons, unable to participate in the bidding process of offer nights, which is why we seek a direct, private sale. I am happy to negotiate openly and fairly in person. We dont mind fixer uppers at all. Actually, wed prefer this over a hastily renovated flip. We are flexible on our closing date. We prefer a central locations such as Uptown, Midtown, East Ward, and Lincoln Heights. Agents, if you do get in touch (I know I cant stop you), bring me something thats too good to ignore. E.g. I have this property which has languished on the market for this long and for which the owner is willing to consider this amount. Have a wonderful day!
