Description

Selling: Two Graves sites at Glendale Funeral Home & Cemetery, 1810 Albion Road, Etobicoke, On M9W 5T1. Details: 2 grave sites that can accommodate a family member in each grave. The feeling of togetherness will continue for eternity. In addition too the bodies buried in the site you can also place to urns of ashes in each site as well, for a total of 6 spaces. The location of the graves sites is the beautiful and peaceful Garden of the Last Supper and are beside each other. Glendale Cemetery is a highly sought location and I understand there is currently reduced availability in the Garden of the Last Supper. We are selling for a discounted price of $6000.00 per grave site / or $12,000.00 for both grave sites (note regular price Cemetery official advises is $8700.00 per grave site). As per the Cemetery rules and guidelines, the transfer of Ownership must take place in person at the Cemetery office with a Cemetery official. On a scheduled date, both parties attend the Cemetery, payment by Bank Draft is provided from Buyer to Seller, the paperwork is then completed between Cemetery official, Seller and Buyer, and the new Owner/Buyer will receive its documents of Ownership. Note, these grave sites cannot accommodate a stand-up monument headstone, but do accommodate a flat bronze marker (vase unit is optional), which is an extra for your dealing with the Cemetery directly. Note the grave sites for sale are for the the land/site exclusively and does not include anything ie internment/markers these would all be extras, as per usual practice at the Cemetery. Lastly, there is a nominal admin/transfer fee as well I am told it is $350.00 per site ca. If you would like more information, please contact me. Thank you.
