My home-share is suitable for one quiet person, with a preference given to a full-time student, or a full-time employed person. You will share my home with me only, and I am an easygoing, peaceful retired teacher. That means there will only two people. This is what makes my home so much more comfortable, private, and stable compared to all the others, and explains why its worth $1,200 per month. You will not find a nicer place to live, or a better landlord. Youll have your own private bedroom on the top floor and your own private bathroom on the top floor. Youll have the natural serenity of a forested West Coast setting, in a very big very private house on acreage. Theres plenty of trails, with two lakes and the ocean within walking distance. Most everything is included in the monthly cost, such as utilities, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, parking, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, cutlery, cookware, and plenty of kitchen cupboard space. Im looking for someone who is quiet, normal, easygoing, financially responsible, clean, considerate and completely trustworthy. No parties, smoking, loud music, pets, drugs, etc. This is a long term stable home-share, its not a B&B, its not short term, its not a rental by the day or week. If needed, bus service runs daily every 30 minutes and every hour on weekday evenings and all day weekends/holidays.
