Description

Hi. I’m just looking to see what kind of interest there is for a potential building lot just inside the city limits. I’m currently in discussions with the city about the possibility of subdividing our property. If it is allowed, there would be a very nice building lot on a very quiet dead end road. The lot size would be a minimum of 1 hectare(2.5 acres)to meet the city’s requirements. However, if desired and depending on an agreement on price it could be larger.
