Description

I am selling, privately, a condo in the desirable Harbourview Condo Complex at 89 Pine Street unit #801 in Sault Ste Marie. This unit has recently under gone a complete renovation and is ready for immediate occupancy. Appliances included are refrigerator, stove, microwave, built in dishwasher and a clothes washer and dryer all of which are newer and in excellent working condition. The main bedroom has a large walk in closet that also provides additional storage space. Off the living room is a large glass enclosed 5x20 patio that faces East towards the famous St. Marys River which offers a panoramic view of the local marina and of the large Great Lake freighters having just gone through the Soo locks. In the complex are several amenities available such as a heated indoor pool, a sauna, hot tub and a large common room with a library and full kitchen that allows for any social gathering you may require. There is also an outdoor patio and sitting area with a barbecue. If you are interested and want to schedule a viewing please call Jim at (705) 971-6159.
