Description

We’re looking for a subletter for December 1! Located in West Broadway, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and shops. Gets great sunlight, lots of character, quiet and kind neighbours, cute aesthetic :) (see last picture for potential vibe of the dining nook!) It is pet friendly with a deposit. $855 per month, which includes water and heating (you pay hydro). Truly haven’t found a better price for what you’re getting. Message to arrange a viewing or to ask questions. Applications due November 22! We love this place but just purchased a house and have to hand it off to its next resident(s).
