Just outside of town on acreage with access to crown land and tons of trails. Would be great for someone outdoorsy to hike, ride dirt bike or atv and lots of other activities right off the property. No smoking or parties. 1500$ a month with half a month for deposit for a single person. 1800$ a month for a couple or two sharing the rent. Must be ok with animals as we have a small hobby farm and some dogs. Mature, respectful and quiet person(s) with references a must!
