Suite 411 of 525 Ballantrae street. A beautiful new and spacious unit in the middle of the refinery district off of Abinoji. This unit is an open concept dream for a 1 bed, 1 bath featuring a large balcony, a hallway including bathroom/walk-in closet/laundry room and barn doors for the bedroom. This building is cat friendly. The laundry is in suite, there is also a dishwasher, stove/oven, and A/C unit. This unit also has a personal water heater in the laundry room. This unit is going for 1630$ per month with parking being 65$ additional. No utilities are included in the rent pricing. I am a renter myself currently and due to some issues regarding ability to work, I can no longer afford this suite. It is a shame as I really did like this place and did not want to sublet.
