Hello I’m looking to find someone to sublet the house I’m currently renting. Pet friendly with pet deposit. The finished basement is carpeted. The house is close to all levels of schools and shopping/ groceries. Closer to the perimeter in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood of transcona with plenty of parks around the area (walking distances) and also a daycare(s) close by. With a very popular water park 6mins away from the house. Utilities paid by the tenants. Snow removal/grass cutting is done by the tenants as well. Room for two vehicles in back parking pad and ample street parking in front. Will give the address when viewing is set up. Please be advised that you will have to do a credit check before approval.
