Looking for a female roommate for my North Vancouver garden suite. Flexible start date. I have a beautiful, bright 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Its about 1100 square feet, has a little outdoor back yard area with a garden, close to Cleveland Dam/Grouse Mountain and Edgemont Village. Amazing location if youre into mountain biking/skiing/hiking. You would have your own private bathroom with shower. The place is furnished, and your room is complete with queen-sized bed, dresser, and nightstand. The room is big enough to add a vanity and desk as well. Me: 33 year old female, I work from home and have 2 indoor cats. I love hiking, nature, and am pretty quiet. Not a partier at all, dont smoke/drink. You: Not a partier either, doesnt work from home full time (2 people doing that is too much in one household unless youre married IMO, ha!), loves cats, is clean and respectful of space but also hopefully someone young and fun to hike or explore with! $1400 a month, this includes internet and utilities.
