Im looking for land for my family and I. I have long-term stable income. Because of low income and permanent disability Im not eligible for most loans and mortgages. Owner financing is what would probably suit our family. The lump sum down payment is the reason I dont already have land. If we can work out some kind of deal I would be happy to pay for some land and I dont mind a bit of interest as long as we can work on the lump sum down payment. Im looking for land that is not in a town or city. But in the forest. Thank you for your time.
