Description

House in Kaministiquia 20-25 minutes to county fair 4 bedroom 1 bathroom Insulated/wired garage Shed/chicken coop 12 acres Used to be a 2 bedroom modular home. We knocked out a bedroom to give us a dining and living room making this open concept. We put an addition on with 3 smaller bedrooms to better accommodate our family. The house isnt "pretty" but its comfortable and everything works. Our plan was to build on the top of the hill some day and live here while building. An opportunity has come our way and so we thought wed give it a shot. The driveway here is pretty steep, so we made another one coming off the original making it like a wrap-around.
