Looking to live in a quiet, attractive location just steps away from Manitobas #1 destination (The Forks) for the summer? This is the suite for you! Looking to sublet my apartment from May 1st until October 31st 2025 - dates flexible. $1,250 per month, which includes all utilities and parking. This apartment is just across the street from The Forks, and the unit is on the eighth floor with a lovely view of the Manitoba Legislative Building. Comes furnished with a desk, couch and chair in the living room, and bed. As well, if you are looking to work out, I have a treadmill and full weight set right in the unit. Want access to a pool? You can enjoy the buildings pool for free. Note that in the photos, you will see an exercise bike in the bedroom and an electronic drum set in the living room.
