The closets and bedroom doors are pocket/sliding doors.  The kitchen has both an oven and a countertop range, both are low for ease of access and the sink, stove and countertops are wheelchair accessible.

The property is on a major bus route.  The Shoppes on Transcanada Mall, Group Health Centre, Food Basics, Giant Tiger and Great Northern Road businesses/restaurants are a very short drive or bus ride away. Churchill Plaza and Trunk Road are just down the hill, a short bus ride or 4 minute drive. Sault College and Algoma University are also a short drive away, and buses go to both destinations.
