This beautiful Jayco 381 FLWS unit sits on a lot at the Wolf Creek RV Resort, surrounded by holes 1-9 of The Links. It’s currently being lived in full-time by 2 seniors who snowbird in the winter. We have spruce trees all around us, a large barn type shed with loft behind us, and a beautiful deck with screened gazebo. There’s a fire pit area as well with a nice stash of dry firewood. Rocked parking area for 2 vehicles and room for a golf cart. This lot is a lease which runs $4,500 per year and includes utilities, and it allows us to leave the 5W over the winter. It hasn’t been moved since we placed it here in 2020. The price includes the 5W, decking, gazebo, and shed. This unit has 6 slides, with a large front living room which has a wonderful fireplace and TV on lift. Living room also has 2 huge couches, each in a slide, plus theatre love seat as well. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen have high ceilings. King size comfortable mattress, lots of storage in bedroom plus a washer dryer (but we always use resort free washer/dryer). Bathroom has walk-in shower and 2 sinks with huge twin medicine cabinets. We also have a “pig” propane tank which will be filled very soon. We are willing to leave quite a bit of furnishings.
