It would be an ideal suite for a student or someone doing a rotation at either one of the hospitals with our proximity to King Ed busses, the Canada line, the Heather St bikeway, hospitals etc. It should be known that we have two young kids, which means it is not a silent house, but we do our best to be respectful of our neighbours. We are a non-smoking and pet free home, and would expect our tenant to also be the same. Minimum 1 year lease.
