ALL utilities, internet/basic TV and phone included. NOTE : Not included is movie rentals from Bell online streaming and/or IPTV steaming service and/or long distance calls to Mexico or overseas. Renting for short term (8 month time frame) at prime location in safe, quiet, family oriented South Windsor neighbourhood.   Nothing is shared except for the backyard grade entrance (with my mother).
