Hey all! Im looking for somewhere to rent, and hopefully someone to join me. I would love to share a 2-3 bedroom with someone (up to 2 roomies). $800 is the most I am comfortable paying montly. I have two dogs (ones up for adoption), three cats, and would need a house with a yard. I have references, plenty of housekeeping experience, a constant income and excellent communication skills. I prefer a tidy house, so being cleanly and organized yourself would be a huge asset. Areas Id consider living : Central (HSC area), Exchange District, Downtown, St. Boniface, St. Vital, and in the case that a roomie is attending UofM, anywhere down Pembina would be fine. As long as busses are easily accessible, Id consider other areas as well. Message me here if interested!!
