I have a main floor 2 bedroom suite in penbrooke meadows se. I am landlord and i am staying in the basement suite with a roommate, we are quiet and friendly including 420 friendly. I do allow smoking . Preference will be for working individuals 2 adults. Bus routes and parks and shopping near by. There is parking in front 2 vehicle can fit and front yard is included that will be tenants responsibility to maintain. I can allow pets but require a small non refundable deposit. There is washer and dryer in suite and high speed internet. Full washroom. Utilities are included in the price. I am asking 1700 monthly rent and same amount damage/security deposit. I can offer payment arrangements for the security deposit. I do not want heavy drinkers partiers or drug addicts .that is not tolerated.
