Hello! I am possibly looking to move into a new home with my daughter, our 2 medium/large adult dogs and cat. I’ve been in my rentals long term but looking to move into the city to be closed to work. I am employed full time in Beaumont as a residential cleaner. I don’t drink or party (to old to party lol) and we are very clean and quiet. Although the dogs do bark when we are playing. I’m looking for south Edmonton or Beaumont areas. Would like to live in our new home for at least 2 years while my daughter finishes school. Budget up to $2000 including utilities as that’s what I pay now and am comfortable. Cheaper is always a bonus as well. Looking for September 1 (or August if able to pay the damage deposit after moving in). I’m open to all options but a yard would be a huge bonus. Credit is not great due to divorce but is getting fixed. Can provide great references from landlords and a letter of employment if needed.
