Spacious bedroom upstairs front house facing north with plenty of natural light and summer evening shade. Plenty of street parking, very close to transit and NW shopping districts. No pets Wifi included Quiet corner lot property in Hidden Valley NW, very little traffic, spacious backyard and deck/patio gazebo area in the summer, backyard faces bike path. Peaceful family neighborhood with plenty of schools, parks and walk ways. Listing is intended for one person hence one room. Younger family of three live here, we do have a toddler just shy of 4 years old so that may be something to consider knowing how kids can be heard at times.
