Description

Shared Single occupancy dwelling for rent in my fully furnished two-bedroom home. The separate bedroom requires your own bed and personal belongings, while all other furniture is provided. The rent is $850 including utilities wifi & alarm system. The house features a large front and back yard with ample sunlight. There’s also a dishwasher, but laundry is shared with the downstairs unit. The yard work is my responsibility as I enjoy it. Please note no pets & no parties smoking only outside.
