Description

I am a single, middle-aged, female, professional driver new to Thunder Bay and looking for a quiet studio or 1 bdrm space to call my own. Inclusive rent is preferred. Off-street parking for a small car is required. Laundry in suite or affordable and accessible coin-op in building is a must. Full kitchen with fridge and stove is required as my hotplate days are over. Storage for a 10 ft. kayak would be an absolute bonus. I am clean, quiet, and respectful. I am quite friendly, but tend to keep to myself when home as I am on the road often. I have no pets, but I am comfortable with well-behaved dogs of all breeds should I share common outdoor space with them.
