We are subletting (September 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026) a whole 3-bedroom house with complimentary parking in Winnipegs West End - a vibrant neighbourhood. Dog-friendly. Located beside a community garden, our home is centrally located and with easy walking and cycling access to Downtown, Wolseley, West Broadway and Exchange District neighbourhoods. The rest of Winnipeg is also easily accessible by public transit and car! The house, tucked in the shadow of an elm tree had bedrooms, one-and-a-half bathrooms, laundry facilities, a full kitchen, living room area and a shady front porch. Having been built in 2011 means that it is an easy space to maintain - expect minimal repairs. The property management company office is located down the street, and provide warm and timely maintenance support as required. Rent is $1,400 plus utilities. For us, hydro has been $135 a month on the average plan and water has averaged $60-70 a month. Open to negotiating options if you would like to have the house furnished (beds, desks, tables, chairs, sofa, etc).
