Description

Hello everyone, We are looking for a FLATMATE (one person only) to join us in our bright and spacious, top-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in a pretty residential neighborhood near Brentwood, Burnaby. This is for a LONG-TERM sublet only (minimum 1 year). We are offering a furnished master bedroom (queen bed, night table, seat) with an in-suite bathroom and a private walk-in closet. It all comes with an access to a fully equipped shared kitchen (you would have your own fridge), living room, and a balcony. The building has a swimming pool, common laundry and a rooftop terrace. We are a young private couple and we are looking for someone tidy and respectful; someone with a regular daytime routine to help creating a comfortable and welcoming shared home. What we expect from our new flatmate is also what we offer in return: no smoking, drinking, or drugs; no parties of any kind permitted in the whole building; and unfortunately, no pets. We ask for cleanliness in shared spaces, quiet behaviour, respect for privacy, honesty, good communication, and mutual trust. The RENT is $1,100, which includes all utilities (details will be shared in person). The room is available for move-in from SEPTEMBER 1st, 2025. If you’re interested, please send us an email and tell us a bit about yourself. Let us know if you need more info too. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you! Vero + Dan
