Description

This tiny house on wheels was updated in 2018, when we changed the flooring and repainted the back room walls and ceiling. New panelling on the walls and ceiling in the front room. A new propane forced air furnace and all new windows and doors were installed. It has one main room, a bathroom (with shower) in the middle, and a bedroom on the other end. Perfect for a cabin/camper on the lake shore, a bush shack for your winter logging, a guest house, extra storage... the possibilities are yours to discover! Do some outside facelift and it could be a charming little Airbnb! Brand new tires installed this summer! On Board Water storage tanks for water storage, with all plumbing through the floor for connection to a collection tank! Has a pinto hitch for moving to your location! Unit is located at 290 Steiner Road, Barwick, ON
