What I Have to Offer: -Space in my beautiful Wolseley home on the river. -Close to bus routes, walking routes, the UofW, and Polo Park -Your own 10X12 foot bedroom -Bathroom, mostly for your own use -Third floor well lit living room, mostly for your own use. -Use of kitchen, laundry, yard and other space. -The home is large so youd find quiet and private space if you want it. What I Want: -A mature, trustworthy, really nice female person who has decent childcare skills. (References required) -$600 per month rent (Low rent because I want the right person) -Someone to share my responsibilities as well as my home. Monday to Friday I do before school care for my 7 year old grandson (6:30-9:00am) who lives a 5 minute walk from my home. I want to be able to sometimes take days or a week off, and I want a renter who will do the before-school care for me when I do. (When you do childcare you will be fairly paid.)
