• Dogs & Cats permitted; dogs must be no taller than MAIMUM 25 at the shoulder and under 50lbs, in addition to breed restrictions in local by-laws, cats must be spayed or neutered.
• Dogs must be on a leash or kennel when outside the suites & Cats are prohibited to leave the enclosed premise of the owners suite
• Tropical & domestic fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank, No other type of animals or reptiles are permitted.
• A Monthly non-refundable pet fee of $25 per pet will be due and payable on the first day of each month with rent.
• Service dogs are subject to pet fee unless proper certification is provided by tenant.
