Description

The owner was a PhD student in University of Manitoba, and had signed an agreement to rent the room for one year. However, due to the withdrawal from the university, the owner no longer uses this room, and needs to find a person to takeover it. The name of the apartment is ALIGN Student & Co-Living Apartments, located in the south Winnipeg, with a walking distance to University of Manitoba and several Chinese restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is mainly for students in Winnipeg (UManitoba, UWinnipeg, RRC) or recent graduates. It is a studio, $1149 per month, I have prepaid for 3 months, so the new tenant only needs to pay for the remaining 9 months. It is OK to begin the rental at the beginning of a specific month.
