Description

This is not a picture of the basement suit. I have a Basment suit available on November 1 Suit is not legal but have big enough window for emergency exit for an adult if needed. Suit is a single occupancy with a private bathroom and laundry available 24/7 . There a small kitchent with microwave, hot plate , toaster, kitchen table fridge, freezer etc . Main kitchen is upstairs with available. Dishes would be washed upstairs in a dishwasher since there is not sink except bathroom. This is a perfect if someone needs a room to stay at family settings. I live upstairs with a teenager and 3 dogs. I have full time job. Also if someone is not working for whatever resoon and would be able to let my dogs out l would be very appreciative and will go lower on rent. Smoking is allowed outside. Extra storage is available in a sheed. Parking is available on double garage pad. Suit is occupied at this moment and it’s messy but if you like to have a look at it Please text me at +13062410004.
