You can call me to book a viewing ASAP. (If you can see this ad, you can call) Viewings will be Starting Sunday Oct 5th. Will be looking to lock in a good tenant sooner rather than later. I will not be performing a credit check because I understand life happens, and some people could use a break. I will need to verify income and 2 references. No pet fee, unless its a bigger dog, then i will require a $200 non refundable fee. Smoke all the cigarettes you want just please promise youll paint the walls whenever you decide to move out! Ill supply the paint! This will be a private rental. Damage deposit is $1500. The basement is all concrete, but its good for extra storage. This home was built in 1930s.
