Description

16x60 Mobile home for sale to be moved off of current property. Completely renovated. New drywall, paint and flooring (bedrooms 2022-2023, main area and bathroom 2025), new windows (2022-2023) and doors (2024), new siding (2024). We installed a new water treatment system (softener and iron filter) as well as a new hot water tank in 2022. Also a beautifully tiled zero clearance fireplace to the main area (2022). It made a huge difference to heating cost in winter as well as added significantly to the comfort-level! New kitchen installed this spring (2025) with large microwave, dishwasher, walk-in pantry and additional storage above the fridge. New bathtub and sink in 2025. Network to main area for access point as well as network ports in all bedrooms for potential office use. Power and network for TV in master bedroom (can easily be changed to the other side of the wall for a TV in the living room). Built a new deck by the main door in 2024 and placed the old deck besides after removing the posts. Both decks can move with the house. The other door also got a new 20 ledger board to add a deck later. The skirting got replaced in 2022 by a 2x4 wall frame with R12 fiberglass and an additional 1" styrofaom on the outside. If interested they could go with the house as well. Hitch for moving is available. CSA approved.
