Fully furnished 110 square meters (1200 square feet) two-bedrooms LEGAL suite in an upscale and quiet Quail Ridge neighborhood near UBCO, golf course, and airport village retail shops is available for two UBCO students Nov. 15, 2025 or sooner. Everything is covered with your monthly rent including hot water, electricity, Wi-Fi, bi-monthly cleaning, designated one/two parking spots on the driveway, and all the necessary household amenities. Just bring your personal clothing and your school items, because everything else is provided. The location is approximately five minutes’ drive to UBCO and one km distance from the bus route number 13 Quail Ridge. The following are the restrictions with the rental suite: Maximum residency is for two students. No subletting is allowed without the landlords permission. No pets are permitted in the suite unless authorized by the landlord. In keeping with the character of the neighborhood, smoking of any kind, vaping, drugs, parties are not allowed on the property. The monthly rent for each bedroom in the suite is: Bedroom A: $1,200 CAD Bedroom B: $1,150 CAD Ideally, two students who know each other well may apply for the entire suite at the same time.
