Description
Im a father of two young teenage girls and am looking for a three bedroom or two plus a den house with a yard. A garage would be nice. No upstairs or downstairs tenants. Since the last 16yrs of rentals Ive had were all in my ex wifes name, so she has agreed to be my reference. Im self employed but can provide a letter from the company I do all my work for. The situation im in now is that the tenants that moved into the basement are addicts and have serial ppl coming and going and my daughters dont feel safe.
