We are looking for a responsible tenant(s) for this adorable 1+ bdrm home in St. Boniface. Steps from the Seine river, this is an open concept home with a loft and 2 big skylights. The loft is accessible by rolling ladder equipped with handrails, spring breaks, locking hook and grab bars on the landing. While we have installed these safety features, tenants must use ladder at their own discretion. It is possible to install a basic staircase, though we find the ladder works much better in the space. There is a beautiful large heated south facing sun room at the front of the house. It is a great office or secondary living space. As the only tenant, the front and backyard are yours to enjoy. The backyard is fenced with flowers, bbq, deck and 2 trees. The garage isnt in great shape but amazing for storage. It currently has a big wood working table as well. You have a dedicated parking space in the back. The house is technically considered 2 bedroom as the partially finished basement is full height with a window. There is laundry in the basement and plenty of storage space. It has been used as a studio/office/workshop in the past. Photos of basement to come. Ideal move in is January 1, 2026, but we can be flexible. We are open to 1 pet in the home. Tenant pays utilities and internet.
