A healthy and thriving farm quarter with potential for many more years of cultivation will be up for grabs with these 133.82 title acres coming up for auction in Melfort, SK. This quarter includes 117 cultivated acres of Class A soil that has previously yielded crops of wheat (2025) and canola (2024). A K90 sulphur application at 150 pounds per acre was implemented in 2024, providing four additional years of sulphur to the soil. In addition, the quarters northwest corner has recently been cleared, leaving it arable and ready for farming. Construction of a Rogers cell tower, with a planned start in 2026, will bring in $12,000 in annual surface lease revenue.
