Description

660 9th Ave NE Swift Current. This is a private sale home. Please do not contact me if you’re a real estate agent. This is a listing without ridiculous phrases over emphasizing the houses current state. 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Nearly finished basement. I live in Newfoundland. If you’re looking for a nice shape home in swift current please contact me for an easy sale. The power is off at this house and pipes a winterized. When I was viewing houses in swift current there was a very poor selection in this price range. This is fully fenced. Updated inside. Detached garage. Good roof. Beautiful back deck. Foundation is leaning in on North side of house, It is very standard condition for an older house in the area. The hot water tank is leaking (I will have hot water tank fixed or replaced when house is purchased.) I have an old MLS listing which the bank used for my private sale. When I purchased this house. The private sale went well. Let’s make a fair deal. I just can’t make it back to the prairies as much as I need to. But am prepared to continue paying for this affordable home if I can’t make a sale in the near future.
