At Windmill Suites Apartments, we provide safety and comfort for working, single occupant adults. Proof of full-employment and previous landlord reference required to apply. No credit check necessary. We do require 2 phone conversation references, current employer, and current landlord. Included, individual Shaw High-Speed Internet and wall mounted flat screen TV with Shaw HD cable, as well as all utilities including power, gas, water, sewer, waste removal, GST, and parking. Individual contents insurance must be purchased separately. Moving in has never been easier with our fully-furnished kitchenettes, and access to our on-site convenience mailroom. We offer flexible lease terms, including six and twelve month apartment suite rates for one person. Our studio suite lower level apartments start at one thousand, while our studio upper level apartment rate an additional one hundred monthly. Our one bedroom suites start at thirteen hundred monthly, For a maximum one additional occupant, a two hundred dollar additional monthly rent fee applies. Lastly, month to month lease rate an additional one hundred to rent, only on lease extensions! One month rent security deposit required to HOLD a suite for 30 days.
