Hi!! Im looking to sublet my room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of Osborne Village. It’s a great spot with stunning views of the city from the 27th floor! I absolutely love this place and Nick is the best landlord I’ve ever had. Only reason I am moving is cuz I want to live alone and found the perfect studio that’s close to work! :) Some information about the Unit: Rent: $962.50/month Utilities: Water, Heat and Hydro All included. Wifi and Cable is also included in the rent! Amenities: Indoor pool and gym, solarium (little library and board game room), sauna, outdoor patio and 24/7 security, there is also a visitors parking Parking: There is one underground parking spot that my roommate is using but can be renegotiated! Perhaps the person using the parking can pay a little extra? My room also comes with an ensuite bathroom and a big spacious closet! The two large windows bring an ample amount of sunlight and you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset!! The living room is quite spacious as well with beautiful views of the city. The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave and dishwasher! The appliances are new as well :) There’s a laundry room on each floor and it’s 2.75$ for a load. Sublet will be starting July 1st, 2026 till April 30th, 2027 but new 1 year lease can be signed. As of now, there are no pets but Nick is okay with a cat! My roommate is a 25 year old male who works 9-5! He is neat and tidy and cleans up after himself. He likes video games and music and drives a motorcycle! Someone like-minded would be appreciated!
