Description

Private, off-grid lake life with one of the best views on Babine Lake. Located just before Pendelton Bay approximately 30 minutes from Burns Lake. This 0.79 acre deeded property is surrounded on three sides by Crown land and includes two off grid cabins, a large pole shed and a rustic storage shed in a quiet, secluded part of the lake. The main cabin includes 3 bedrooms, a large open room with the kitchen and sitting area and unobstructed views of the lake. From the cozy pull-out couch in the living room you can catch both the sunrise and set over the lake. The kitchen includes a propane stove and fridge as well as a sink with a pump fed tap drawing water from a rain barrel conveniently located just off the back deck. There is an attached screen shed where you can enjoy the fresh air while having your meals outside. The second cabin on the property is a gorgeous one room cabin with a loft for extra sleeping area. There is a small wood stove for evenings when it cools off. An outhouse is conveniently located between the two cabins just across a small wooden bridge from the main cabin. The large pole shed is a perfect space to park an RV and boat on the property and works well for winter storage. There is excellent burbot and trout fishing just off the dock and sockeye fishing out front in the fall. We have grouse in our yard all the time and regularly have moose and bears visit. If you are looking for a private, secluded oasis on Babine Lake, this is just what you are looking for! 34396 Babine Lake Road Please PM for more information or to set up a time to view.
