Description

Welcome to 206 – Main St, Jansen Sk., Affordable and close to BHP Jansen Mine. Clean, cozy as a single suite, 650 square feet on two lots. This could be a starter home, an affordable way to start work at the mine, an investment property to rent out in a growing community, or a place to build your dream home. This is a project home with lots of potential. The seller has lived in this home and kept heat on when away so there is no water damage or mold. Property is being sold “AS Is & Where Is”. The water has been shut off but the water heater was functional when last used. There is a gas furnace that will require servicing to be brought back to its former glory or could easily be replaced by a wood stove as the chimney is already in place and insulated. Electrical heat seems the best alternative and the electrical panel is new, as well as the meter which was upgraded this spring. Situated next door to the fire hall which has 24/7 access. Price reflects the location and ease of access to the BHP mine.
