Description

Im hoping to rent for myself. My earliest month would be September. (May be pushed back.) My budget: $600-800 I am in need of a: bachelor, 1-2 bedroom, or a room in a shared space. Needs to have a minimum of: ONE fully functional 4 piece bathroom; on site or in suite laundry. I may have my own roommate by Autumn, may have to welcome the possibility of living with a stranger. PET FRIENDLY !!! I have 2 cats, and can get a confirmation letter from their foster to support my claim. (good cats, friendly, litter trained, fixed, dont damage stuff) They are my everything, and are a big part of why I am searching for a new place. Even if its under the table, Im not willing to give money or move in without a written agreement that protects all who are living in the space. Im happy to share details with a prospective landlord/roommate who is seriously about seeing if Im a fit. Keeping it minimal to protect myself!
