SIZE Main floor: 420 sq ft Two lofts: • 10 × 14 each • 280 sq ft combined Total usable living space: approximately 700 sq ft This makes it larger than many tiny homes and bunkie cabins. PROFESSIONAL STRUCTURE The cabin structure was professionally built by Horizon Storage Sheds. Features include: • Tyvek wrapped walls • shingle roof • insulated floor • dual pane windows • two insulated exterior doors • high barn ceiling height • two large loft areas INTERIOR BUILD (Completed by Us) Designed for year-round Manitoba winters: • R24 insulation in walls and ceiling • poly vapor barrier • OSB walls and ceilings • electrical outlets installed • walk-in closet • framed bathroom area • walls left accessible for future plumbing installation HEATING Wood stove included. It used less than 1½ cords of wood for the entire winter, making it very efficient to heat. WATER SETUP There is no permanent plumbing yet, but the space has been designed to accommodate it. CURRENT SETUP INCLUDES • 210L water jug with dispenser • kitchen sink and faucet installed (ready to be plumbed) FURNISHINGS & APPLIANCES Most items shown in the photos are included, making the cabin essentially move-in ready.
