Description

We are asking $1000 an acre for this exceptional piece of farmland located in the R.M. of St. Laurent off Highway 6. The section begins 3.5 miles east of the highway, down Road 94 North aka Gaudry Road. The gate is approximately 4 miles from highway and the section ends at the 4.5 mile mark. The lots are NE 28 16 3W, NW 28 16 3W, SE 28 16 3W, SW 28 16 3W. This section is great pastureland with dugout, good for haying (approx. 160 acres) and a great source of gravel. The entire section is fenced, and it is also fenced by quarter sections. Repairs have been made to the fences in last couple of years and are ongoing. In the past, my father pastured 100 head of cattle over the summer. We have been renting out the pasture for the past few years. There are no buildings, wells, or hydro on the land.
