Description

Perfect acreage to retire on or start a small self sufficient farm. 34.43 acres in RM 335 Hazel Dell. Acreage has approximately 10 acres of tame hay, 10 acres of trees, with the rest making up the yard and pasture. Everything is fenced and cross fenced. The house is a quaint 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a full unfinished basement. There is a small bore deep well with plenty of water. There is a lagoon system. A dugout on the property can provide water for livestock. The acreage also contains a square timber garage, with room to park one truck and extra room to park lawnmowers or other toys. Above the shop there are living quarters or storage space depending on how you want to use it. There was a large garden, but previous renters let it go back to grass. We also had honeybees on the property. This is perfect place to relax and get away from the city. I loved living here.
