This system, built around a 2.5L four-cylinder engine and electronically controlled continuously variable transmission, generates 246 net system horsepower and up to 233 lb-ft of torque, with an improved fuel consumption rating of 6.3/6.8/6.5 L/100 km city/highway/combined over the previous generation.
