This program supports community growth by encouraging new development and reducing long term municipal maintenance costs. Important Information • Lots are sold as is. • Purchasers are responsible for confirming zoning, servicing requirements, and development standards. • Full payment is required prior to transfer of title. • Taxes and land title transfer fees apply. This call for tender is subject to change or cancellation without notice.
