Seeking a house for rent in Edmonton and up to an hours drive away from Edmonton. $2000 or less. Must have large yard preferably with a fenced area. Must have useable garage. If these two things aren’t available we would only be willing to rent if price is significantly less than 2000/month. Have $2000 deposit and $2000 first months rent on hand and ready to go. We will require your identification upon signing the lease and I will provide the same on my end. The fact i have $4000 cash on hand to rent a property is my credit check. Property is primarily for myself, wife and our family dog. The kids will come and go occasionally. They are older now. We are in our 40’s and can provide proof of our accommodation history for the last year. We pay on time and take good care of the property.
