Hoping to move but not until Fall? Would you like to sell and get in on the Spring market but want to spend one last summer on your acreage? We are looking for a late summer or early fall possession with around 10 acres or more, located about 20 minutes or less from Saskatoon city limits, west (or north) of Saskatoon. We are hoping for a 3 bedroom home (preferably finished basement), with an attached direct entry garage situated on a well treed property, with a well, at least some fencing and outbuildings (such as a horse shelter, chicken coop, etc). We prefer to purchase but may consider a caretaker type deal or rental (we are a mature couple with grown children/grandkids). A private deal could be possible, saving fees.
