Description

Renting out my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located in a quiet building on Hugh Allan. The unit shows very well and has a tonne of natural light. Rooms include a large primary bedroom with an over-sized closet and cheater door to the bathroom, a standard bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room with storage, and a large open dining room and living room with views over Sahali and down the valley. There is one parking spot (a second may be available for an additional fee) and small pets will be considered. Please note, the wall unit in the living room is included as well as the mount for the TV. A 1 year lease is preferred with a start date of October 1st. Heat and hot water are electric so there are no gas bills. Tenant would be responsible for electricity, internet and, cable/landline (as needed). If you are interested, please send me a message outlining some details (current living status, reason for moving, employment, etc.) on who would be looking to move in.
